Ladino's Bambino Colt out of Today's Kitten
At 1 a.m. on March 15, Kitten gave birth to this 10.2 h colt by Ladio's Bambino. Apparently, nursing was the only thing on his mind. Once he was up he went straight to nursing and hasn't missed a meal since.
March 15 proves to be a busy day when LawleyPop followed the lead of her friend and delivered another colt at 9 p.m. At 10h he's not quite as big but then again he was 2 weeks early. But don't let his size fool you, he's strong and full of energy.
Time ticked slowly by as staff watched and waited for Dodonna's foal. Finally, 2 weeks late, it was time. So at 11:30 p.m. on March 22, Dodonna 08 was born. A 10.2 h Bay Colt, he's well loved by Mom, who loves to lick her baby boy and keeps him close to her side.

Rock Slide Filly out of McNumbers
This little Rock Slide Filly decided to make her appearance 2 1/2 weeks before she was due. So on March 26 at 1:45 a.m., she made her way into the world. She immediately starting trying to stand and once up began looking for something to eat. At 8 hours old she is curious, friendly and loves talking to staff when they go in the stall.
It was 7:30 p.m. on April Fool's Day, when Proud Sally pawed 2-3 times in the center of her stall. She then looked at her side for a moment and laid down quietly. Luckily, we were ready for her. Based on her history, we knew she was quiet and didn't push. At 8 p.m, the staff had delivered a beautiful little filly and Mom took over from there.
At 11 p.m. on April 4, 2008, Blue Eyed laid down in her stall and with a few big pushes delivered this pretty little girl by Out Of Place. When she's not up running around the stall, she loves to curl her long legs up under her and rest under the water buckets.

Pioneering Colt out of Storm 'n' Hail
This mare and colt were on the fast track on April 7, 2008. Mom broke her water at 9:15 p.m., had delivered the colt by 9:30, the placenta by 9:45 p.m. Meanwhile, with shear determination, the colt was up on his own before 10 p.m. Although still trying to figure out how to balance on those long legs, the colt managed to nurse by 10:10 p.m. Less than an hour from start to finish.
